Lighting Student Poster - Accepted Abstracts ONLY
The registration instructions below are for the Student Research Poster Session ONLY.
A minimum of one presenter per poster (and a maximum of 2) must register to present the poster during the poster session on the 9th of December. Registration options include:
Option 1: Students can use the Lighting Student Poster registration option covering full access to the Conference/School activities on the 9th of December, including coffee-breaks and lunch for the two presenters. ($300), This is just for December 9, one day, during the day of Poster presentation.
Option 2: Students can pay full student registration: In this case, students are recommended to use the full registration option under IEEE Life Members & ALL Students covering full access to all the Conference/School activities, including all keynote addresses, coffee breaks, lunches, and the Gala Dinner.
The deadline to register and be included in the Technical Program is November 23rd, 2019.
Cancellation Policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be received by November 1. There will be an administrative fee of US$150 deducted from each refund.
You can modify or cancel your registration using the "Already Registered?" link on the registration site.
Photography
Attendance at, or participation in, this conference constitutes consent to the use and distribution by IEEE of the attendee's image or voice for informational, publicity, promotional and/or reporting purposes in print or electronic communications media. No flash photography to be used in any technical session. Video recording by participants and other attendees during any portion of the conference is not allowed without special prior written permission of IEEE. Please contact the event management if you would like to request permission to video record during IST 2019. Photographs of copyrighted PowerPoint or other slides are for personal use only and are not to be reproduced or distributed. Do not photograph any such images that are labeled as confidential and/or proprietary.
